Opportunity summary

We are looking for a Regional Manufacturing Process Excellence Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Vyškov. In this role, you will drive the standardization and continuous improvement of manufacturing process technologies across multiple production sites, helping to transform proven factory practices into scalable standards that improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.The position is based in Vyškov and includes approximately 20% travel, primarily to France and Denmark.As a technology owner within Technical Services Processes, you will drive the standardization and deployment of robust, scalable manufacturing technologies across divisions and PCOs.Your ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop standards for mass production technologies, including the technology roadmap within assigned technology domains.Define, maintain, and improve:Process technology standardsReference designs and benchmarksSOPs and implementation guidelinesEnsure technologies are industrialized, mature, and scalable across sites.Facilitate structured collaboration across divisions, factories, and TS functions.Drive best-practice sharing across the business area.Translate facto1 …
