We are looking for a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Specialist to play a key role in connecting demand planning with production, procurement, and supply chain execution. In this role, you will ensure that our production sites are aligned with market demand, driving service levels, efficiency, and inventory performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams across the business As our S&OP Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the S&OP process across our organization in Denmark, Poland and Lithuania, ensuring alignment between customer demand, commercial priorities, and operational capabilities. You will translate demand forecasts and customer requirements into feasible production, supply, and distribution plans, balancing service, capacity, inventory, and cost considerations.
