The position as PhD is limited to a period of 3 years.The projectThe PhD project will be an integral part of a social science work package within the Maritime Knowledge HUB, where the purpose is to examine the development and implementation of global climate regulation in shipping. Focusing on the policy process around the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Net-Zero Framework, the project will explore how geopolitical tensions influence transnational and cross-sector collaboration among public and private actors in the policy process and how institutional conditions enable or constrain their ability to manage these tensions.
