Build and maintain strong pipelines within key domains (e.g. data, cloud, risk, regulatory, transformation). Translate client needs into precise search strategies and high-quality matches. Deliver relevant and well-matched consultant profiles with a strong understanding of both technical and business context. Maintain and develop dynamic talent pools and contribute to proactive sourcing initiatives. Collaborate closely with Sales, Relationship Engagement, and Back Office to ensure high-quality delivery and strong outcomes.
