You will become part of a closely integrated team of software developers and bioinformaticians working on the development and operation of bioinformatics pipelines and IT solutions for clinical diagnostics and research in a Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) laboratory.The work is carried out in close collaboration with users, including clinical academics, biomedical laboratory scientists and medical doctors, and has direct relevance for patients with, for example, cancer or genetic diseases.You will take part in interdisciplinary collaborations both within Aarhus University Hospital and with external partners from Aarhus University, the Danish National Genome Center and the other Danish regions1 …
