Copenhagen Business School invites applications for one vacant Assistant Professorship in IT law and Internet law at CBS LAW, Department of Business Humanities and Law (BHL). The candidate is excepted to actively contribute to the research and teaching at CBS LAW and play an active role in the unit’s life as well as wider activities at BHL. The research environment in IT law and Internet law concentrates on commercial aspects of information technology regulation, law & management and business law. Knowledge of and interest in the regulation of new technologies is expected. Teaching would primarily be conducted at the BSc and MSc Programs in Business Administration and Commercial Law as well as other IT law-related programs. Relevant teaching responsibilities comprise undergraduate and graduate teaching in: Digital Business Models and EU Regulation EU Internet Law IT Ret AI Regulation Law & Management Examples of research areas that the Assistant Professor might cover includes: internet law e-commerce media law cybersecurity telecommunications law and related disciplines.
