We are looking for a student assistant to help create the support content our users encounter inside our products - the short, clear explanations that appear when users hover over a field, click a help icon, or discover a new feature.What you will doWrite clear, context-sensitive help content for our internal systems and customer-facing products, including tooltips, information panels, error messages, and onboarding guidance. Learn how our solutions work by collaborating with product managers, domain experts, and software engineers. Help create a consistent, user-friendly tone of voice across our products. Review and improve content based on feedback from users and colleagues. Contribute to making complex software easier to understand and use.
