Epico Senior Change Manager – Retail Technology Transformation Epico is looking for a senior Change Management professional on behalf of a large, international retail organisation undergoing a major retail technology transformation, including the rollout of a Unified Commerce / POS platform across multiple markets and clusters. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end change management — from impact assessments and readiness planning to post go‑live adoption and reinforcement. You will work closely with Business Process Owners, an Implementation Specialist, retail technology teams, and market‑level stakeholders.
