Epico Senior Engineering Manager - Data & Analytics Epico is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Data & Analytics on behalf of a large international organisation undergoing a major data platform transformation. The company is currently modernising its Data & Analytics landscape and moving from a traditional EDW/Synapse setup towards a modern Databricks‑based lakehouse architecture across multiple business domains. In this role, you will take ownership of engineering delivery across several business‑critical areas, including supply chain & planning, distribution/logistics analytics, finance analytics, and commercial/merchandising data. You will play a key role in ensuring platform stability while driving the transition to a more scalable, engineering‑driven data platform.
