We are looking for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a structured professional kitchen, preparing good-quality food for a large number of hotel guests.We have 1 position available.About the positionYou will become part of our evening kitchen team, which consists of five chefs working closely together.Ærø Hotel does not operate an à la carte restaurant.Our kitchen is based on planned production and pre-arranged menus for our hotel guests. We serve between approximately 100 and 200 guests every day.During the day, we prepare and serve lunches, while dinner consists of pre-booked and predetermined two-course menus.Our dinner concept follows a fixed rotation of four different two-course menus.
