Specialised in technical research and product development We are looking for an R&D Engineer to drive technical research and product development for new upholstery textiles and solutions. In this role, you will be involved throughout our development process and will take part in exploring new ideas and conducting early-stage research, all the way to maturing products and preparing them for market launch. The role As an R&D Engineer, you will be part of Gabriel’s design and development team, where you will be responsible for solving technical development tasks, including the development of new innovation or product areas. The projects can be highly complex and often require developing new technical insights. You will be responsible for ensuring a structured and methodical approach to research, testing and product maturation, ensuring clear progress, high-quality decision-making and alignment with the needs of the business.
