Opportunity summary

As our new Senior Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role within the HCI, backup and storage infrastructure. You are responsible for supporting and developing an ecosystem of an enterprise infrastructure, platforms and technologies shaping the backbone of the core data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities: Planning, implementation, and execution of upgrades and patching ensuring no downtime, compatibility with existing systems, and adherence to security best practices and regulatory requirements Collaborate with interets and stakeholders across service lines and predefine HCI, backup and storage service requirements – both technical and in collaboration with compliance Develop strategies for HCI, backup and storage services based on current and future customer requirements and upcoming technologies Develop and execute scripts based on REST API functions to automate bulk tasks on HCI, backup and storage technologies into other IT platforms and data lakes Ensure compliance with assets, changes, incidents and problem management processes and policies.
