In this role, you will play a key part in turning strategy into action and creating an environment where both people and performance grow.Vestas Technology & Operations Manufacturing Production Team Leader You will be responsible for one of our production areas, where we manufacture components for blade assembly, as well as perform grinding, repair, painting, and blade weighing prior to shipment.You will lead a team of approximately 40–45 hourly-paid production employees. In close cooperation with the Production Manager and fellow Group Leads, you will ensure that production is delivered safely, with the right quality, and in accordance with the delivery plan.In Nakskov, the production schedule follows a 3-1-3-7 rotation with 12-hour shifts.
