Copenhagen, DenmarkAbout the jobWe are expanding our AML Quality Team in Copenhagen, which is currently transforming.As a Quality Assurance AML Analyst or Senior Analyst, your role will involve developing quality standards, conducting tests, identifying issues in onboarding and ODD processes, and reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create policies and processes that ensure a zero-defect quality culture.As a QA AML Specialist, you will manage first-line QA controls in content and process, working with fellow QA Specialists. You will provide expert advice to colleagues in other departments such as compliance, financial framework, senior management, and the business. Your findings will be used to develop improvement plans with management, acting as a professional partner in the AML organization. Key skills include identifying significant risks through understanding laws, (local) regulations, and business insights.You will collaborate with AML experts on risk assessments, demonstrating decisiveness and ownership.
