Process Excellence Partner Join Ferrosan Medical Devices and help shape how we improve across the entire value chain At Ferrosan Medical Devices (FeMD), we believe that continuous improvement is essential to delivering high-quality products, supporting our growth ambitions and creating simple, effective ways of working. To strengthen our ability to drive improvements across functions, processes and systems, we are looking for a Process Excellence Partner who can help identify, facilitate and implement improvements across the organization. The role combines classic LEAN thinking with a broader focus on end-to-end processes, digitalization and organizational execution. You will work closely with subject matter experts across FeMD to help translate improvement opportunities into sustainable business outcomes. This direction aligns with the recently established Process Excellence function within IT, which is intended to strengthen cross-functional improvement work while building on FeMD's existing LEAN foundation.
