Opportunity summary

We want to build one of the most-watched founder-led brands in European SaaS, and we're handing that job to one person. You. You'll own our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, from zero and grow it. The six of us (founders and commercial team) will be the faces on camera. You'll own everything else: the ideas, the formats, the cutting, the posting, and the numbers. This is not a "make some videos" role. It's a "grow our audience and prove it" role. What you'll actually do - Own our growth. You get the accounts and a real target, followers and reach among the right audience. You decide what "working" looks like week to week and chase it. - Pitch and decide the formats. You're not waiting for a brief. You bring the ideas, test hooks, run experiments, and double down on what lands. We'll give you context and get out of your way. - Run the weekly recording sessions. Book them, show up with hooks for each person, keep it moving, and pull a week's worth of raw footage out of us. - Cut, caption, publish. Turn long recordings into short clips across all four platforms. Use AI tools for the heavy lifting and your own taste for the part that matters, which moment is actually good, and the hook that makes people stop scrolling. - Build the playbook.
