Employment type: FULLTIME. BIG has grown significantly in scale and complexity over the past years, and we are now looking for a Tax Manager to help strengthen and further professionalize our global finance function. Working closely with the Global Finance Director and CFO, this role will support BIG’s international growth by ensuring robust tax compliance, governance, reporting and advisory support across our global offices.We are looking for a proactive and hands-on tax professional who is motivated by building structure, creating clarity and helping the organization navigate tax matters in an international and fast-moving environment. This is a role for someone who enjoys working across disciplines and countries, understands both the technical and practical sides of tax, and can translate complex tax topics into clear recommendations for the business.The Tax Manager will report directly to the Global Finance Director and work closely with the global Finance team, Project Controlling, Legal and external advisors.
