Experience with facility HVAC, mechanical systems. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems), with an understanding of start up/commissioning processes. Experience managing vendor relationships, with an understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Excellent skills in requirement gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, problem-solving, and achieving goals.
