Are you an experienced engineering leader who wants real ownership of a platform spanning three verticals and a seat on the engineering management team? And do you have experience with leading managers through change, not just individual contributors? Then you could be just the person we are looking for as our next Engineering Director at EG! As Part of the departement ASPECT4 is EG's core platform for Transport, Manufacturing, Timber and Fashion, built on a mature, proven foundation and now entering its next evolutionary step. As Engineering Director, you'll lead the shift from a stable RPG core toward more up-to-date, highly automated development - built with coding agents - without ever slowing delivery to our customers. You and your team will set the technology strategy that keeps ASPECT4 delivering great customer experiences as AI reshapes how software is built and used, and you'll do it with real ownership: the full platform, three verticals, and a seat on the engineering management team. The organisation is around 60 people spread across Denmark and India with all roles in all locations. The team consists of developers, QA, PO and managers.
