With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.We are seeking a data-driven Demand Planner to manage and optimize the end-to-end forecasting and inventory process for hearing aids and accessories. In this role, you will develop, review, and adjust demand forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance teams, and drive global S&OP processes to align plans with business objectives. You will monitor inventory levels, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis to support key stakeholders.
