You will own and improve the processes that support Hardware Solutions, making sure they are both efficient and aligned with the requirements of a regulated medical device environment.You will work closely with R&D Project and Program Managers, Process Owners, Quality and Regulatory stakeholders across sites in Lynge, Erlangen and Singapore. Your role will be a mix of process ownership, continuous improvement and hands-on problem solving: understanding where teams lose time or encounter friction, turning those insights into better ways of working, and making sure improvements are implemented consistently across locations.You will report directly to Head of HW Portfolio & Project Management.
