We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Manufacturing function as a maternity cover. In this role, you will support our manufacturing organisation by driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. You will work closely with the site Operational Excellence team, manufacturing leaders, support functions and specialists to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven solutions that support better decision making throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities will include Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing using LEAN tools and methodologies. Coach colleagues, support daily performance management and visual management. Support the ongoing development of the site's performance management framework. Develop and maintain digital tools to support and monitor area performance. Translate business needs into practical digital solutions using Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
