As a key member of our executive team, you will align people, processes and priorities across the business. This is an opportunity to shape how we operate and lead &Tradition through its next stage of development. About the position: As COO, the main purpose is to ensure positive and sustainable development of &Tradition. Your role as COO is to create visibility across the entire supply chain, ensuring optimisation and creating a more streamlined and efficient operation, as well as increased customer satisfaction, reduced waste and cost savings. You will be leading the supply chain, operations and business development organisation, securing close collaboration both between your teams and in the broader perspective in &Tradition. In close collaboration with the CEO and CSO, you will take part in setting the strategy of &Tradition.
