You will connect People & Culture (P&C) priorities, processes, data and technology opportunities to enable practical, scalable AI and automation solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will help shape our P&C AI vision and roadmap, build business cases where investments are needed, and drive selected initiatives from idea to implementation and adoption.Your work will not be limited to exploring new AI opportunities.
