Our colleagues need the right equipment, access and support to work effectively and securely – whether they are based in Denmark or at one of our international locations. We are looking for an IT-Supporter who enjoys helping people and solving the IT challenges that come with a busy workday. You combine technical understanding with a strong service mindset, take ownership of issues and communicate clearly with the people you support. Whether it is a laptop, Microsoft 365, access rights or something entirely different, you enjoy finding practical solutions and getting things working again. You will join our IT & Security department and become an important point of contact for more than 160+ colleagues across MyDefence.
