We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our global Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is central to driving our financial decision-making process and providing insightful, high-impact analysis to improve business performance. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You will functionally be part of the global Finance Partnering & Planning department, anchored within the CFO area and consisting of 10 engaged colleagues. Key Responsibilities Deliver in-depth insights on financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making at senior management level. Co-lead the design and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Prepare and present financial reports to Senior Management and other key stakeholders.
