As the head of the Bioreactor Scale-Up team, you will have a pivotal role in setting the global vision and directions for the team and leveraging your expertise in modeling and simulation of cell culture processes to drive projects to success.About the job The Upstream Scale-Up team focuses on advanced modeling and simulation techniques to optimize and scale-up mammalian cell culture processes from customer requirements. Our unique internally developed bioreactor scaling model has received high recognition and acknowledgement within the global field of scale-up experts.We offer a unique and exciting job, where you will be leading the upstream scale up team. You will ensure continuously development of the scaleup model and execute strategies for the scaling tool, be at the forefront of communication with customers around the world in relation to scaling of their processes.
