Are you a people manager eager to join a fast-growing pharmaceutical company?We have a unique opportunity for an Associate Manager who shares our passion, drive, and energy – what we call Genki – to join our new and innovative Drug Product facility.Your New Role You will lead a team of operators, responsible for Filling (Day 06:30 – 14:30) and a team within Formulation (07:00 - 15:00) all within the Drug Product Manufacturing area.You will be part of a leadership team of 4 people leaders reporting to the Associate Director for Drug Product Manufacturing. You will uphold our People Fundamentals and support site expansion projects, fostering innovation in a complex GMP setting.
