Your New RoleAs Associate Director, Technology Transfer (TT), you will lead a high-performing senior team at our site in Hillerød, Denmark. Your mission is to set direction, remove obstacles, and ensure flawless execution as we introduce new programs and customers into our large-scale manufacturing facilities.You will own the strategy, planning and execution of the tech transfer projects from clients or internal sites into FDBDs large scale manufacturing facility ensuring robustness, compliance and on time delivery. You will be a visible leader with internal stakeholders and customers.
