For our Hillerød site in Denmark, we are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our newly established Operation Support team in Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM). Your team provides first-line, hands-on support to the manufacturing floor, enabling safe, compliant, and efficient 24/7 production. You will build the structure, priorities, and ways of working for the team, drive rapid issue resolution, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless production execution through close collaboration with Production Leaders, Value Stream Directors, and cross-functional partners.You will report to the Value Stream 1 Director and work closely with Production Leaders in VS1 and your peer Operation Support leaders in Value Streams 2 and 3.The areaThe area Drug Substance Manufacturing comprises three value streams (DSM 1, 2, and 3) running 24/7 covering upstream and downstream operations.
