Essential Responsibilities: Perform daily QC tests for production batches and incoming raw materials per established test procedures and work instructions accurately and timely to meet delivery commitment Develop batch adjustments to meet Hempel quality standards Testing and approval of production batches to ensure proper color match Promptly document color data Update batch status and enter results into software as required Communicate and update production staff on the status of batches Maintain and store color draw downs in database Prepare timely documentation of quality tests data and retained sample record and QC database entry while ensuring accuracy Assist to ensure lab test samples and chemicals are kept in stock, (etc1 …
