We're looking for a technically skilled Global Support Specialist to strengthen our Dairy Technical Product Management team. As a Global Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert and troubleshooter for technical product knowledge and top-notch hardware support for our advanced FTIR and Flow Cytometry instruments. These are central solutions for our customers’ business, so quality in hardware, software, and service is essential. You will be part of the highly experienced team, where we support our service teams globally and participate in development projects at the FOSS Innovation Centre.
