This role is one of three portfolio-focused GEO leadership positions within the Global Evidence & Outcomes organization and reports directly to the Vice President, Head of Global Evidence & Outcomes, Global Clinical Development, R&D. As a member of the GEO Leadership Team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping evidence and value demonstration strategies across Lundbeck's Early Portfolio and inform Business Development opportunities. The Director & GEO Lead serves as the primary GEO representative and strategic partner to cross-functional asset teams, ensuring that GEO expertise and capabilities are effectively leveraged to address key evidence needs throughout the product lifecycle.
