Employment type: FULLTIME. Maersk is looking for a Workforce Planning Solution Owner to lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our Workforce Planning capability. You will be responsible for ensuring Workforce Planning runs effectively across processes, systems, reporting, communications, and governance. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will work closely with People, Finance, Technology, Analytics, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, maintain process integrity, support users, and continuously improve the experience for leaders and planning teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, partnering with a broad range of stakeholders, and turning feedback into practical improvements. Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning Operations Lead the execution and readiness of quarterly Workforce Planning cycles, including communications, testing, reporting, governance activities, and user support. Ensure Workforce Planning remains aligned with Position Governance, Recruitment, Budgeting, and other related processes.
