Employment type: FULLTIME. ... Lead Electrical & Automation scope of major vessel projects across the fleet, including newbuilding, retrofit, upgrade and technology development initiatives. Act as technical authority for assigned systems and ensure solutions are delivered safely, compliantly and in accordance with Maersk standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement across vessel designs and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Own the electrical and automation scope for assigned projects from concept development and specification through design, implementation and handover. Develop and maintain technical specifications, standards and internal requirements. Lead design reviews, plan approval activities and technical clarifications with shipyards, suppliers, engineering partners and internal stakeholders. Review and approve electrical system designs, load balance calculations, protection concepts, automation systems and equipment selections. Coordinate with Classification Societies and Flag Administrations to secure approvals and compliance. Support project execution through inspections, FATs, commissioning, sea trials and operational follow-up as relevant. Resolve technical issues and drive decisions to maintain schedule, quality, performance and cost targets.
