Your new role As Senior Manager in Trial Resource & Performance Management, you will work at the intersection of strategy, operations and analytics. Acting as a trusted advisor to Global Trial Portfolio leadership, you will translate complex data into clear recommendations and help leaders make informed decisions about resources, capacity and portfolio priorities. Your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with Global Trial Portfolio leadership to provide strategic guidance on resource planning and organisational performance. Driving global resource planning and capacity management, including scenario analyses and recommendations for senior decision-makers. Creating transparency around resource allocation and portfolio performance across Clinical Operations, Trial Operations, and Clinical Data Management and Programming. Help develop meaningful performance metrics and reporting that help leaders identify opportunities, risks and improvement areas.
