3Shape is opening a new position in R&D for an experienced specialist who can help our organization make practical, everyday use of AI across engineering workflows. You will work closely with mechanical, electronics, and software teams to turn existing AI capabilities into reliable tools, assistants, and workflows that improve how engineers work.This new role in our hardware R&D organization focuses on applying and integrating AI and LLM-based tools into engineering environments — not on developing new AI models. The intention being to save time, improve documentation quality, support better engineering decisions, and make engineering knowledge easier to find and reuse.
