Employment type: FULLTIME. Mercuri Urval recruiting on behalf of Kalundborg Refinery A/S Kalundborg Would you like to lead and further develop the Finance function at Denmark’s largest refinery? Kalundborg Refinery is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to combine hands-on operational finance leadership with strategic influence on site performance. The high requirements for safety, operational reliability and regulatory compliance in a critical industrial environment require strong financial leadership, clear governance and the ability to create effective collaboration across site operations and Group functions. Kalundborg Refinery is critical infrastructure within Denmark’s energy supply system and accounts for more than 15% of the country’s total energy consumption. Since January 2022, the refinery has been part of Klesch Group and operates alongside a sister site in Heide, Germany, and a recently acquired refinery in Gelsenkirchen, also in Germany. Under Klesch Group ownership, Kalundborg Refinery continues to operate with an uncompromising focus on safe and reliable operations, operational excellence and long-term value creation.
