Build the foundation for digitalization within HR in ABENA The purpose of your role as Global HRIS Lead is to build the digital HR foundation that supports ABENA's strategy of digitalizing, scaling, and globalizing HR. Over time, you will establish global standards for people data, reporting and core HR processes – giving the business better insights and a stronger basis for decision-making. A key priority in your role will be to lead the selection of ABENA’s future global HCM platform and act as the HR business lead throughout the implementation.
