As our new Senior Manager for Portfolio & Performance Management, you will play a key role in giving Global Operations a clear, data-driven view of what we invest in, how we execute, and how we perform. You will lead a small team while actively shaping portfolio governance, performance management, and decision-making across a fast-paced, international organization. You will be building and shaping this function from building blocks of varying maturity levels, not inheriting a finished function ready to go.
