Are you ready to build and manage a high‑precision manufacturing hub in a growing defense technology company? In this role, you will take responsibility for FalCom’s in‑house manufacturing, securing reliable, flexible and high‑quality production of our advanced hearing protection and communication systems for those who protect us.We are looking for a Head of In‑House Manufacturing to establish and run our internal production unit in Ballerup, Denmark – covering prototyping, first builds, small‑series production, rework and product modifications.The team you will be part ofFalCom is built on GN’s legacy of more than 155 years of innovation in intelligent audio solutions.
