Nobia Group is one of Europe’s largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating a portfolio of leading brands across the Nordic region – including HTH, Marbodal, Norema, Sigdal, and Invita. As we build a stronger, more integrated Group structure, we are establishing a dedicated Nordic Indirect Procurement function for the first time. This is a rare opportunity to shape a function with genuine Nordic reach. As our first Head of Indirect Procurement for the Nordic region, you will consolidate indirect spend across multiple brands and countries – building a framework that creates both savings and strategic value at scale. You will operate at a senior level, combining hands-on commercial execution with a clear strategic perspective, and report directly to the Group CFO. Scope of the Role The indirect procurement function covers all non-direct-material spend across Nobia’s Nordic brands, working in close coordination with the central Nobia Group procurement team which retains responsibility for direct materials.
