HR Global Services Advisor - Germany (m/f/d) Description - We, HR Global Services, are seeking a HR professional who is innovative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. You will be part of a cross functional, cross geographic HR Global Services Team that partner to deliver customer-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency. As a trusted resource for employees, you will be a HR Global Services advisor for Germany. Please note that this position is a fixed-term role with an initial contract duration of two years. In your role, you will: Provide support and processes HR activities from employee ‘s hire to retirement via automation, simplification, and continuous process improvement. Initiates, reviews, and approves daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare HR related legal documents (i.e., employment letter, employment contracts, job change addendums, document related to Termination etc.). Manage employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up-to- date) and supports audits, government surveys and reporting.
