Employment type: FULLTIME. Key Responsibilities: Job summary In this Systems & Automation Analyst role, you will play a key part in improving operational efficiency by designing and implementing automation solutions to replace manual work, reduce processing time, and eliminate human error. You will evaluate and recommend appropriate tools and technologies for a variety of automation use cases, as well as identify redundancies and bottlenecks in processes to find opportunities for consolidation and improvement. You will also define system integration requirements and oversee API configuration and data exchange protocols to ensure smooth data flow across the entire system. You will be responsible for establishing a system governance framework, version control, and access control to ensure alignment with internal policies and security standards, while investigating system errors and performance issues to analyze root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
