This position transforms raw operational data into strategic narratives that inform performance reviews, process controls, and service quality improvements — leveraging analytics platforms to uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. This position reports directly to an expatriate manager. Advanced Analytics & Performance Monitoring — Prepare dynamic, up-to-date datasets for performance reviews; deliver diagnostic (why it happened) and predictive (what's likely to happen) analysis; identify leading indicators and early warning signals to flag operational risks before they materialize.
