The role and impact As a Student Assistant in the Rewards team in Global HR, you will become part of a highly specialized and dedicated team. Along with our colleagues in Global Mobility, HRIT and Analytics we deliver solutions, support and concepts that drive employee engagement and support performance and development across the organization. We are passionate about our fields of work and are looking for a student who is curious about HR processes and motivated to learn more about global HR solutions by supporting a wide range of activities directly impacting the organization. You will gain deep insights into employee lifecycle events, how data and processes facilitate meaningful decisions and how we deliver solutions that attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled technical workforce. Your responsibilities The Student Assistant will be involved in producing analytical insights, communication materials and vendor management aligned with the priorities and annual activities.
