Wide range of hardware tasks and data center support Reporting to the Head of Technical Services at Nordic Computer, you will join a skilled hardware production team, where your focus will be on testing, refurbishing and configuring hardware like servers, storage systems, network equipment, etc. for data centers around the world. What You’ll Be Doing: Participate in the on-call rotation with the service team, which handles international technical troubleshooting/support in collaboration with our Service Desk and provides on-site service to customers in Denmark Join the test and production team, working with testing and configuring hardware systems Work across all types of hardware and brands Analytical and interested in technology, especially hardware You likely have a background or experience in hardware, but it’s not essential whether you are specifically trained as an IT technician, electrician, electronics technician, or something else entirely. The mindset and interest in technology and hardware, along with a structured approach to work, are most important. You don’t necessarily need experience with data center equipment, but ideally, you have 3–5 years of experience with electronic hardware, including servicing and troubleshooting.
