DevOps Lead

Employment type: FULLTIME. About the Position As DevOps Lead, you will take on a central and cross-functional role at Dwarf. You will work closely with our frontend and backend developers as well as system architects. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that our solutions run flawlessly, that our developers enjoy an outstanding Developer Experience (DX), and that our security and monitoring are best-in-class. You will hold both technical and strategic ownership of our server environments (primarily Azure and DigitalOcean), including their operation and maintenance. You will be our go-to person for everything related to containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD. In addition, you will be responsible for elevating our current monitoring setup to the next level through deeper logging and improved observability. You will also define the standard for DevSecOps governance and ensure streamlined Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes across all projects, helping to ensure smooth onboarding of new developers.
