About the role At Vento, we are looking for a structured and proactive Divisional Resource Manager to support our Blade projects. This is a hands-on coordination role where you will help make sure the right technicians, competencies, tools, travel plans, and documentation are ready before work starts on site. Your responsibilities Plan and coordinate technicians, supervisors, site managers, and subcontractors for Blade and wind service projects. Match people and competencies to project needs, customer requirements, certificates, availability, and travel plans. Keep an overview of capacity, utilisation, training needs, rotation plans, absence, holiday, and upcoming project demand. Work closely with project teams, site teams, HR, recruitment, warehouse, logistics, training, and HSEQ to ensure project readiness. Identify resource gaps or planning risks early and help find practical solutions. Support future resource planning, recruitment input, onboarding, and simple operational reporting.
