Opportunity summary

Blade Repair As a Blade Repair Technician for Vento, you will be responsible for performing high-quality blade repairs in line with technical documentation and standards. You will collaborate closely with client site managers while coordinating with Vento’s team leaders and back-office support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform blade repairs in accordance with technical instructions, standards, and guidelines. Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, protocols, and industry standards. Prepare and submit comprehensive repair reports and other required technical documentation. Ensure the accuracy of time tracking and reporting for all working hours and project tasks. Operate and manage company vehicles, including vans, as needed. Conduct daily toolbox meetings with all relevant on-site technicians to ensure alignment and safety. Participate in and follow up on project meetings both on-site and remotely (via Teams) in coordination with the back-office. Follow-up on delivery and shipping coordination, control, registration, and approval of arriving goods.
